Treatments and Type of Therapy
Available Treatments and Fees
Offering Face-to-Face, Online and Telephone Psychotherapy, I aim to create a non-judgmental, confidential and respectful space, whether online or in person, where you can safely share thoughts, feelings, and challenges at your own pace. Online sessions take place via a secure platform with end-to-end encryption.
I work with adults, children and adolescents, and couples.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I do not use a “one size fits all” approach. This allows me to work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths and preferences in order to find a therapeutic style that suits each person. I draw on a range of skills and techniques that best match each client’s needs, including Client-Centred Therapy, Parts Work, Somatic-Informed Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Emotion Focused Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), all held within an attachment-informed lens., all held within an Attachment-informed lens.
I often think of therapy like a jigsaw. When life feels overwhelming or experiences are difficult to process, some of the pieces can feel scattered, out of place, or hard to make sense of. My work is about supporting you in gently locating those pieces, reducing emotional intensity where needed, and helping you build a more connected and coherent sense of your own story.
Where deeper trauma processing work is appropriate, including EMDR, we may collaboratively agree to extend session length or structure the work in a way that best supports your needs. Treatment is always discussed and agreed together so that it feels safe, paced, and manageable.
In my work with couples, I am informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, which support understanding patterns of connection, communication, and emotional responsiveness within relationships.
With children and adolescents, I use play-based and creative approaches, supported by the SPICC model, to help young people express themselves in ways that feel safe and developmentally appropriate.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to work alongside you, adapting the process to your unique needs and goals, and supporting you to move at a pace that feels right for you.
